The company responsible for a specific service depends on the department or customer relationship. HELLCOLD POLSKA handles AI and ISV inquiries; HELLCOLD handles the other departments, product inquiries and service requests. Contact: office@hellcold.pl, +48 33 85 13 795. HELLCOLD operates the hellcold portal, and HELLCOLD POLSKA operates the polska portal, subject to separate customer agreements.
2. Website services
The website provides the following free services:
- public information about services, products and the companies;
- a contact form for submitting inquiries;
- a basket that stores product selections locally in the browser;
- an automated AI assistant on the home page;
- a customer portal for authorised users, according to the applicable customer relationship or separate agreement.
The website currently does not support placing orders or making online payments. Adding a product to the basket is not an offer, order or sales contract. Prices, availability, service scope and cooperation terms are confirmed individually.
The AI assistant provides automated answers based on available information. It is not a human, does not make offers or orders, does not send forms and does not replace professional legal, medical or technical advice. Do not provide personal data, passwords or confidential information to the assistant.
3. Technical requirements
Using the public website requires a device with Internet access, a current browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and an active email account if you want to receive a reply to an inquiry. The contact form may require an anti-spam check. The portal also requires an authorised account and sign-in.
You may stop using public services at any time by closing the website. Basket data can be removed from the basket or browser settings. Portal access and termination are subject to the applicable customer agreement or arrangements.
4. Service agreements and termination
These Terms are available free of charge before the services are used and can be saved or printed. An agreement for a particular free electronic service is concluded when you start using that service. You can stop using it by ceasing to use the relevant feature; the contact form is a one-time service for submitting and handling an inquiry.
Customer-portal access may be subject to separate customer terms. These Terms do not replace those arrangements.
The service provider may temporarily restrict a feature for maintenance, an outage, security requirements or unlawful use. Where reasonably possible, planned interruptions will be announced on the website.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you must not submit unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or malicious software, or attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls or access the website or portal without authorisation.
You are responsible for having the right to submit content and links through the contact form. Do not include passwords, special-category personal data or confidential documents.
6. Complaints
You may submit a complaint about a service by email to office@hellcold.pl or in writing to the registered address of the company responsible for that service. Please identify the service, describe the issue, state when it occurred and provide an email address for a response. Missing information may make it harder to review the complaint.
The service provider will acknowledge the complaint and respond without undue delay using the contact details provided. If additional information is required, the service provider may ask you to provide it. This section does not limit consumer rights or deadlines imposed by mandatory law.
7. Intellectual property and final provisions
Website content and elements are protected by law. Using the website does not transfer rights to them; use is permitted only to the extent allowed by law and for personal use, without infringing the rights of the service providers or third parties.
Polish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law. Changes will be published on this page; use of a service after changes take effect is subject to the current version, without limiting rights granted by law.
Details of personal-data processing are provided in the Privacy Policy.
